Full internal demolition, extension and conversion of the former Bunnnings Warehouse into 3 new tenancies on a design and construct contract. The completed conversion saw the 8,000sqm expand and internally divided to accommodate three new tenancies, Centre Management Offices, general shopping amenities and gymnasium amenities to one of the new tenancies.
